What makes the award-winning PS2 Pizza such a winner? It has two types of pepperoni and two types of sausage on it.
Along with pizza sauce and a mozzarella and sharp provolone blend, it is topped with Italian sausage, dry-aged sausage,
cup & char pepperoni and finished with creamy ricotta, shaved Manchego cheese, julienne pepperoni and Calabrian oregano.

The PPP Pizza
The sauce is made from Piennolo tomatoes, grown in bunches like grapes, in only one place - Mount Vesuvius, Italy.
This gives a redder, slightly sweeter sauce which looks beautiful on the pizza;
topped with a classic fresh Mozzarella, a pinch of the provolone cheese, originating in Casilli, Italy, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
